At H.I.T Fitness, we use one-on-one fitness training with a variety of techniques to provide high intensity fitness training that will help you get great results. While we have a gym with several machines and fitness equipment, H.I.T Fitness is not like a traditional gym where you go and exercise on your own, risking injury, burn out, or drop out—while you continue to pay monthly fees. At H.I.T Fitness, all sessions are with an H.I.T Fitness personal trainer who will provide guidance and coaching to help keep you motivated, challenged, and healthy with individualized fitness programs designed for you. There are no initiation fees and no monthly fees…you only pay per session.
To achieve your fitness goals, we use a comprehensive approach of exercise and proper nutrition. What you eat has a huge impact on your health and your energy levels.
